Policies of CM Show Apparel

Designs:
I will not copy designs created by other companies. Any customer wishing to create their own design must do so in complete detail.  Once an original outfit is made, the item is non-refundable.  There will be no duplication of both design and color within an age group in the same breed.  CM Show Apparel will not be held responsible for similarities  

Ordering:
Once the details of a custom order are determined, I require a 50% deposit of total cost.  Deposit is non refundable.  Payment in full is required a week before the order is shipped.  If a check is submitted, and it is returned to me as NSF, you will be charged an additional $50, and the order will be held until check clears.  

Shipping:
Shipping for all original orders and alterations is via Priority US Mail and insured.  If delivery is needed prior to the original ship date, expediting service charges will be passed along to the customer.

Alterations:
Reasonable alterations are provided at no additional cost; however, the customer is required to notify CM Show Apparel within 5 days of receipt of the garment.  After the 5 day period reasonable charges and shipping costs will incur.

Returns:
Once a custom garment is made, no returns will be accepted. Extenuating circumstances may occur….any decisions would be discussed if we’re notified within 5 days of receipt of outfit.
